The following terms and conditions apply to the platform and services offered by Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre. By using the platform and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

By using the platform and services, you represent and warrant that you have full power, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to perform all obligations hereunder. You further represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal incapacity or contractual restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
2. NOTIFICATIONS AND NEWSLETTER
By providing Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre with your e-mail address, you agree that we may use your e-mail address to send you important notifications and communications about our services, news and special content. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails, you may opt-out of receiving them by sending us your request through our contact information or by using the "unsubscribe" option in the e-mails themselves. This option may prevent you from receiving emails about our services, important news and special content.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre offers a wide variety of massage services aimed at both men and women, designed to promote the physical and mental well-being of our clients. All massage services are performed by professional and certified therapists, ensuring the quality and safety of the sessions. Types of massage available include, but are not limited to, relaxing, therapeutic, deep tissue, and customized massages according to each client's individual needs.
Clients can book any of the services described on our website through our phone numbers, which are available for inquiries and reservations during the centre’s business hours. Our representatives will be happy to help clients select the right type of massage for their needs and schedule an appointment at a time that works best for them. Reservations are subject to availability, and clients are encouraged to book early to ensure availability of therapists and the desired service.
At Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre we value the privacy and comfort of our clients. All sessions are conducted in a safe, relaxing and professional environment, and strict protocols are followed to maintain the privacy of our clients. In addition, we offer flexibility in the choice of therapist gender, allowing each client to decide whether they would like to receive a massage from a male or female therapist, according to their personal preference.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre offers massage services for the physical and mental well-being of clients; however, it is clarified that such services do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis or psychological therapy. By using our services, the client acknowledges that the massages offered are solely for the purposes of relaxation, relief of muscle tension and general improvement of well-being, and are not a substitute for any form of medical care or professional treatment provided by qualified health professionals.
Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre and its therapists are not responsible for any underlying medical conditions, worsening symptoms, pre-existing injuries, adverse reactions or health problems that may arise during or after the service, and clients are advised to consult with their physician prior to receiving any treatment if they have pre-existing health conditions or concerns regarding massage services. The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate information about their health status, including any medical conditions, allergies or injuries prior to the massage session. Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre is not responsible for any damages, injuries or consequences resulting from the omission or inaccuracy of information provided by the client.
Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre does not guarantee specific results or particular effects derived from its services, as each experience is unique and depends on multiple individual factors. The massages provided are a wellness support tool, and results may vary significantly among clients.
Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre shall also not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services or the inability to use them, including, but not limited to, loss of income, emotional stress, or any physical harm arising from improper or non-recommended use of our services.
The Client agrees to use the services at his/her own risk and responsibility, and Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre limits its liability to refunding the amount of any services in the event that they cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances. Under no circumstances shall Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre's total liability, for any cause whatsoever and under any theory of liability, exceed the value paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to such claim.
Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre reserves the right to refuse service to any client who does not comply with our policies and guidelines, or whose physical or mental condition is not suitable for massage treatment, and will not be liable for decisions made under such circumstances.
5. COPYRIGHT
All content on Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre platform, including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, images, text, columns, graphics, videos, photographs, illustrations, software and other items are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre or by third parties who have licensed or provided their material to the platform. You acknowledge and agree that all materials on Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre are made available for limited, non-commercial, personal use only. Except as specifically provided herein. No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, or otherwise used for any purpose, by any person or entity, without Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre prior express written permission. You may not add, delete, distort, or otherwise modify the material. Any unauthorised attempt to modify any material, to defeat or circumvent any security features, or to utilise Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre or any part of the material for any purpose other than its intended purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. LICENSE TO USE THE MOBILE APPLICATION
Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre mobile application and downloadable through the App Store and Google Play Services free of charge, including but not limited to modified versions, updates, upgrades, enhancements, improvements, additions, additions and copies, if any. This license is for the sole purpose of allowing you to use the features available on the application in the manner permitted by these terms.
The user agrees not to use the application negligently, for fraudulent purposes or in an unlawful manner. Likewise, the user agrees not to partake in any conduct or action that could damage the image, interests, or rights of the Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre mobile application or third parties.
Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre reserves the right to terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you, if Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre believes that you have violated any provision contained in these terms.

· Violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on the services or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to the services.
· Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
· Deep-link to any portion of the services for any purpose without our express written permission.
· "Frame", "mirror" or otherwise incorporate any part of the platform into any other platforms or service without our prior written authorisation.
· Attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software programs used by Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre in connection with the services.
· Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the platform or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Due to the nature of the Internet, Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre provides and maintains the platform on an "as is", "as available" basis and does not promise that use of the platform will be uninterrupted or error free. We will not be liable to you if we are unable to provide the platform or our services for any reason beyond our control.
Our platform may from time to time contain links to other platforms which are not under the control of and are not maintained by us. These links are provided for your convenience only and we are not responsible for the content of those sites.
Except as provided above we can give no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You will be responsible for any breach of these terms by you and if you use the platform in breach of these terms you will be liable to and will reimburse Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre for any loss or damage caused as a result.
Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre shall not be liable in any amount for any failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or any uncontrollable act of nature.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer which are available to you.
Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre and Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:
· Any incorrect or inaccurate information on the platform.
· The infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party caused by their use of the platform or service purchased through the platform.
· Any loss or damage resulting from your use or the inability to use the platform or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
· Any loss of profit, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
· Any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a user's computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing or using content from the platform or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre.
· All representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice would have effect.
11. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre will accept no liability for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any breakdown, failure, connection, availability of computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software, for the acts or omissions of any user or third party, for the accessibility or availability of the Internet or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human action, including errors or mistakes.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and indemnify Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

· Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
· Your use of the platform and services.
13. CHANGES AND TERMINATION
We may modify the platform and these terms at any time, at our sole discretion and without notice. You are responsible for keeping yourself informed of these terms. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms and any changes will supersede all previous versions of the terms. Unless otherwise specified, all changes to these terms apply to all users and clients. In addition, we may terminate our agreement with you under these terms at any time by notifying you in writing (including by email) or without notice.
14. INTEGRATION CLAUSE
This agreement together with the privacy policy and any other legal notices published by Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre concerning and governs your use of the platform and the services.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre shall not be liable for any failure or non-performance of services due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances and which may prevent the performance of our services.
16. ARBITRATION
You acknowledge and agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, whether for breach, termination, performance, interpretation or validity, as well as any aspect of your use of the platform and our services, shall preferably be resolved by binding arbitration between you and Oriental Blossom Therapy Centre. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the right of both parties to bring individual claims in a court of competent jurisdiction if they deem it necessary remains.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your use of the platform and our services or breach of these terms and conditions, both parties agree to seek resolution through an arbitration process. This process will be conducted before a recognised and respected arbitration entity, selected by mutual agreement of both parties and following the applicable commercial arbitration rules.
In addition, the user agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law, not to initiate, join or participate in class action lawsuits associated with any claim, dispute or controversy that may arise in connection with the use of the platform and our services. This commitment seeks to promote a more agile and personalised resolution of any conflict, favouring arbitration and individual legal actions over class actions.
17. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, United Kingdom. This applies unless binding arbitration is agreed to in the relevant section below.
18. FINAL PROVISIONS
Your use of our platform and services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with all of the terms and conditions set forth. This authorisation to use our services does not extend to jurisdictions where these provisions are not respected or applied.
Our commitment to compliance with these terms is strictly governed by applicable laws and legal process. Importantly, these terms do not restrict our ability to comply with legal or governmental requirements, including but not limited to those related to law enforcement and the use of our platform. Information provided or collected in connection with the use of the platform will be subject to these requirements.
In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, such decision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. Failure or delay in enforcing any of these terms and conditions by us at any time shall not constitute a waiver of our rights to enforce such provision, or any other provision, in the future.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein, while at all times maintaining the protection of and respect for our intellectual property rights and prerogatives.
